Hi, I’m Ziba
An accredited and registered therapist.
I work collaboratively with my clients to bring about sustainable changes in their lives. Together, we uproot the thoughts, behaviours, and patterns that are no longer serving you.
My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnosis. I also draw from attachment theory and mindfulness.
I chose to study and work with these modalities because they’ve helped me massively throughout my life. Working within mental health for more than a decade, I’ve continued to explore the power of beliefs, imagination, and storytelling.
As a long-term Vipassana meditator, my philosophy is to foster self-compassion and curiosity. I also have a degree in philosophy and an MSc in experimental psychology, which heavily influence my work.
Feel free to get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org for a chat or to book a free consultation.
I work with clients both one-to-one and in group settings to help them achieve their goals. Every person’s needs are different. There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy, so it’s important to find an approach that works for you.
Ziba has helped me get to the root of my problems with eating and body disatisfaction. She helped me see things in a very different way from our very first session. I’ve seen massive changes in my life and learned how to let go of limiting and destructive beliefs – which I never thought was possible before.
I was able to attain a lot of insight and clarity during my sessions with Ziba. She’s a compassionate therapist who made me feel calm, open, and trustful. She helped me dig deep into my mind to understand my issues around low self-worth and confidently towards my goals.
